The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Foscarino hill in one of the most important area of Soave. Vinification: cold maceration for some hours and fermentation for 6 months in steel. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
