This Montello - Colli Asolani DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vineyards planted in the 1946 in Montello hill. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wooden tanks. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 18-24 months in big oak barrels and, for the 30%, in barriques, then at least 12 months in bottles. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
