This Capri DOC captures the distinctive personality of Campania terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Greco 50%, Falanghina 30%, Biancolella 20% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards terraces of Capri at an altitude of 100 meters exposed to the northeast. Vinification: soft pressing, cold clarification, 10/14 days of fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
