Crafted from Carménère 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the west side of the Euganean Hills, on soils of limestone and clay. Vinification: maceration of 15-20 days, then fermentation exclusively with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 10 months in vitrified cement, bottled without filtration.
