Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the west side of the Euganean Hills, on soils of limestone and clay. Vinification: maceration of 20-30 days, fermentation exclusively with wild yeasts.
