This Colli Berici DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Carménère 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 year old vines on red clay soils with southern exposure at 50-250 meters of altitude. Vinification: fermentation and maceration on the skins for 12 days in vertical vats. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique (80% aged, 20% new). A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
