Tasting Notes

This distinctive wine from Veneto embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Carménère 70%, Merlot 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are over 30 years old, cultivated according the traditional Pergola Trentina system and rooted in a mountain calcareous soil at 260 metres above sea level in Lavine vineyard, faced to South and South-West. Vinification: maceration and fermentation in vats for 12 days. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
