This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Carricante 90%, Minnella 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Milo, in the district of Caselle, at an altitude of 800 meters with a sapling system. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
