The fruit is sourced from vineyards in calcareous soil between 450 and 700 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in closed steel tanks according to the Charmat or Martinotti Method. The wine is aged 24 months on the lees.
