Crafted from Catarratto100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines cultivated with Guyot system according to biological agriculture at 500 metres of altitude. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation at 15°C. The wine is aged in steel tanks for 6 months and 2 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
