Crafted from Catarratto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Alcamo area, in a sandy soil, 200-300 m above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8 days. The wine is aged at least 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
