Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards patti Piccolo's vines, with north-east and south-west exposition, cultivated with Guyot method, at 300-350 metres of altitude. Vinification: 14 days of maceration on the skins and of fermentation in steel tanks at 22°-24°C. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks and 1 other month in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
