This Maremma Toscana DOC captures the distinctive personality of Tuscany terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the Appiano hills, at 550 metres above sea level, in a soil rich in clay and limestone, faced to South. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wood at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 16 months in barrique and 10 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
