This exceptional Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Abruzzo. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to Tendone Abruzzese system on a calcareous clayey soil at 350 m above sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: short cold maceration, cold settling for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
