This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and deep soils with gravel deposits. Yield of 70 hl/hectare. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in steel on the yeasts for some months and another part in large wood barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
