This exceptional Oltrepò Pavese DOC showcases the authentic character of Lombardy. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly clayey sandy soil at 180-220 metres above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in small Franch oak barrels for about 12 days. The wine is aged 10 months in small French oak barrels. A wine reflecting the alpine influence found across Lombardy's varied terroir.
