Chardonnay Cantina di Caldaro Kaltern

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 350 metres above sea level on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: whole bunch pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
