Chardonnay Cantina Terlano

A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards manually harvested graoes from vines located between 200 and 900 m above seal level, faced to South and South-West. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5-7 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
