A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Piemonte DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot system, in a marly and silty soil, faced to south. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged few times on the lees in barrique for the 20% of the wine. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
