This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards in hilly area of Merol, between 420 and 470 m. asl., with an exposure at South-East and South-West, on calcareous gravelly. Vinification: 65% of fermentation in steel and the remaining 35% in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 2/3 in steel and 1/3 in large barrels with malolactic fermentation. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
