The fruit is sourced from vineyards ferrata in Breganze area on soils rich in tuff. Vinification: cold maceration for 2 days and soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in new Allier barrique. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in new Allier barrique. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
