Produced in Trentino, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are over 30 years old, cultivated according the traditional Pergola Trentina system and rooted in a mountain calcareous soil at 260 metres above sea level in Lavine vineyard, faced to South and South-West. Vinification: soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barriques. The wine is aged at least 10 months in barriques and 10 months in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
