This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot system at 450-500 m s.l.m. in a mineral soil. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunch, natural sedimentation of must, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels and at least 6 in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
Alto Adige combines Italian and Austrian winemaking traditions in Italy's northernmost wine region.
