Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils based on galestro with vineyards located at an altitude of 250 meters. Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and chilled to facilitate the separation of lees from the must which carries out the alcoholic fermentation and is decanted into barriques, maintaining a temperature of 10 degrees to avoid malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 7 months in oak barrels on the fine lees. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
