A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Cornaiano, at 450-500 m above sea level, and in Egna, in a mineral soil. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, with malolactic one partially done. The wine is aged few months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
