This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines located at 220-280 meters above sea level on alluvial soils rich in calcareous gravel. Vinification: fermentation in wood at controlled temperature with partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged a few months in barriques, tonneaux and 12 hl barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
