Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on marly soil, light and warm up quickly. Vinification: slight crushing, wort separation solid part by precipitation, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
