This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards piana degli Albanesi, at 700-800 metres above sea level on clayey soils with South exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in barrique of 225 litres controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique of 225 l and 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
