This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards near Bolzano at 500 mt asl. Vinification: malolactic and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and barrique. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and barrique. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
