This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vineyards cultivated on morenic and sandy soil at 400-550 metres of altitude. Yeld 45 hl/hectars. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in new and aged barrique with batonage and with a part of malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 10 months in new and old barrique. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
