This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards steep and porphyritic terrains located above Bolzano at 650 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in barrique and tonneau. The wine is aged at least12 months in barrique and tonneau. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
