A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards castel Ringberg vineyard, between 330 and 340 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling of the must and alcoholic fermentation in barriques form Allier. The wine is aged 10 months in barriques from Allier. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
