This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Crivelli vineyard in the Punggl area on limestone and sandy soils. Vinification: short cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in small oak barrels and a few months in steel barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
