This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hillside vineyards situated between 350 and 450 meters above sea level, on calcareous soils and clay. The wine is aged 5 months maceration on lees, with 30% in wooden barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
