This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sites on gravel soils to lime content, South/East and South/West facing, at 400-500 meters above sea level. Yields per hectare of 70 hectoliters. Vinification: fermentation and partial malolactic made in steel vats. The wine is aged some months in steel vats. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
