From two subareas: one in Terlan, with exposure to the south-west at 300 meters asl on sandy soil of volcanic origin, and the other in Caldaro, with exposure to the south, at 350 meters above sea level, on clayey and sandy soil with the presence of morainic deposits

Vinification

Soft and delicate pressing, short maceration on the skins for 4 hours, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wood barrels
