This Chianti Classico DOCG stands as a benchmark for Tuscany's highest quality classification. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sangiovese 80%, Merlot e Malvasia Nera 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding at 350m above sea level on calcareous and clayey soils. Vinification: in steel tanks with maceration for 21-23 days. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique for 20% of the first step, then at least 24 months in the bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
