Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 540 – 580 meters above sea level. Vinification: grapes destemmed, pressed and then fermented in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 24 months in large wooden barrels.
