The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years old wine located between 450 and 570 meters above sea level, rooted in a calcareous stony soil, cultivated according to the organic system. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic spontaneous fermentation in cement vats, with no added lees, with maceration for 25 days on the skins.
