This Chianti Classico DOCG stands as a benchmark for Tuscany's highest quality classification. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo 10% and Colorino 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly terrains between 350 and 450 mt a.s.l, 25 year-old vines cultivated with biodynamic certification. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 12 days with indigenous lees only. The wine is aged about 12 months in oak barrels and concrete vats without filtration.
