The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in Radda in Chianti. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, pressing, alcoholic fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeasts in steel vats for 35 days and malolactic fermentation in egg-shoed 6,5 hl cement vats.
