This Chianti Classico DOCG stands as a benchmark for Tuscany's highest quality classification. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 350-550 meters above sea level on sandy, marly and clayey soils, South/Sputh-East/South-West facing. Yields per hectare 35 hectoliters. Cultivated in biodynamic and organic. Vinification: destemming, spontaneous fermentation in steel vats with maceration of 12 days, malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and tonneaux (only 5% new). A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
