Crafted from Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyards Montebello and Argenina, at an altitude of 350 m. above sea level, with exposure to the South, South-West, on the vineyards of 25-35 years. Vinification: fermentation with native yeasts, then 3 weeks of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 24 months in French oak barrels and the Austrian, then at least 6 months in bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
