Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Chianti Classico DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sangiovese 95%, Merlot 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines planted in 1999 trained by guyot and spurred cordon on clay, alberese and marl soils. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 21-24 months in wood, partly in 30-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels and partly in 50-hectoliter French oak barrels. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
