This Chianti Classico DOCG stands as a benchmark for Tuscany's highest quality classification. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sangiovese 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey sandy soil between 400 and 600 metres above sea level faced to South, South-East and South-West, from Santa Maria Novella and Castellino vintages. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 14 days, with prolonged maceration for other 10 days. The wine is aged 24 months in big Slavonian and French oak barrels.
