This Chianti Classico DOCG stands as a benchmark for Tuscany's highest quality classification. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Sangiovese 95%, Canaiolo 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines from 550 mt asl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and, for the 10%, in oak barrels. The wine is aged 10 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters and 12 months in the bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
