Crafted from Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 7%, Colorino 3%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards more than 40 years old vines from Campitello vineyard, located at 420 meters above sea level in a soil rich in clay and marl, cultivated according to the organic system. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in cement vats, with no added lees, with maceration on the skins for 30-35 days. The wine is aged 26 months in big French oak barrels, 3 months in cement vats. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
