Crafted from Sangiovese and, in minimum percentage, other grape types, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly soils from Gaiole in Chianti, at 500 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-West. The wine is aged 24 months in steel tanks and in barriques.
