This Cirò DOC captures the distinctive personality of Calabria terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Gaglioppo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clay and limestone soils at 50 metres above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, coarse filtration before bottling. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the bold, warm-climate intensity typical of Calabrian reds.
