Crafted from Gaglioppo 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 3 hectares of vineyards planted in 1982 on sandy-clayey soils at about 200-250 meters of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature with long maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 12-16 months in wine tanks in masonry and 6-12 months in barrique.
